It is located along Buzen Kaido (Buzen Street), which is near Yachiyoza in Yamaga. Just in front of the Yachiyoza Community Center (\u516b\u5343\u4ee3\u5ea7\u4ea4\u6d41\u65bd\u8a2d) washroom.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>The moment I arrived, it hit me, “Ah, right!!! So this is the place!!!”\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I had been curious about this shop for a long time, having peeked through the window on several occasions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Both the antiques and caf\u00e9 caught my attention…<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Numerous valuable antiques are snugly arranged outside the shop like this and…<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

nostalgic test tubes, experiomental apparatuses, and pre-war bottles are also placed together… <\/span>My heart was already racing, even before stepping foot inside the shop<\/b>! I couldn’t help but wonder what awaited us behind that door!?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Introduction of the Antiques in the Shop<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

Let\u2019s enter the shop!!!<\/span><\/p>\n

The first thing to greet you is a majestic clock, a century-old beauty, still ticking along ever so silently. <\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>The interior of the shop is bathed in a soft, natural light, and there’s this subtle, delightful scent of coffee beans roasting.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

In the shop, many kinds of antiques are displayed, such as tea ceremony utensils.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

And what\u2019s more, we can see old<\/span> kiseru (Japanese tobacco pipes)…<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

dinnerware that harks back to the Showa era…<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

vintage shelves and drawers, and…<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>and even a Buddha said to have been crafted by a very famous carpenter!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This is a cigarette shelf used in the Taisho<\/span> Period, and many cool dishes were displayed!!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

These are Kanzashi (Japanese hair ornaments), making me imagine Japanese women <\/span>from days past.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 <\/span>The shop has a knack for curating items that are not just old but charming, and practical in their own unique way.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I Enjoyed the Recommended Cake Set Meal! I Spent a Quite Relaxing Time!!<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

While enjoying the antiques inside the shop, I ordered \u201cCake Set\u201d (1,000 yen including taxes)!!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

I decided to have their recommended one, \u201cCream Cheese Cake\u201d and \u201cCoffee\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Look! What a fancy dishware!!<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

I felt the texture somewhat firm when I put a fork into the cake.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>As you take a bite, it slowly dissolved, leaving a slightly solid texture<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It has a moist but smooth, and rich taste!!<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

These blueberries, almost the size of pearls, bring a natural sweetness that pairs beautifully with the cream cheese cake!<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

The cream cheese cake has a mild sweetness that I find irresistible! And let me tell you, the coffee recommended by the shop owner is absolutely divine, with its aromatic flavor that brings me so much joy!<\/span><\/p>\n

Apparently, the shop owner uses fresh coffee beans as fresh as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

From the sugar containers and lighting to the teacups and dishes, everything adds to the serene ambiance. It’s retro and feels just right \u2013 so inviting!!!<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

They also offer take-out service!!!<\/span><\/p>\n

Everything in the Shop is For Sale!!<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

Everything in \u201cAntique & Caf\u00e9 Ide\u201d is on sale, such as lights, tables, chairs, dishes, and shelves!!<\/span><\/p>\n

These tables and chairs include the ones their customers use to sit and have meals. Quite a few customers take a look at the tableware and coffee cups they use while having cake in the store and comment, “I really like this, it’s so easy to drink from and it’s really nice,” and sometimes they even buy it as it is.<\/span><\/p>\n

I can’t believe it, but literally everything in the shop is always on sale! It’s so unexpected and shocking! That means the tables and chairs are never the same whenever you go there. So, it’s entirely possible that each visit could entail a whole new experience with different tables and chairs to sit at.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you happen to be in the vicinity of this shop, I highly suggest giving its door a push and stepping inside!<\/span><\/p>\n
